These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Blonix website, mobile application, cryptocurrency wallet services, virtual card services, physical card services, and all related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

• Freeze or restrict accounts where necessary.

Certain Services are provided through regulated third-party providers, including card issuers, payment institutions, banking providers, compliance providers, identity verification providers, and technology providers.

By using the Services, you authorize Blonix to share necessary information with such providers for:

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Blonix is not obligated to provide advance notice where prohibited by law or where doing so could compromise investigations.

13. Chargebacks and Disputes

Blonix may investigate disputes in cooperation with issuers, processors, merchants, and financial institutions.

Dispute resolution timelines may vary depending on the nature of the transaction and the parties involved.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and intellectual property associated with Blonix remain the exclusive property of Blonix Technologies Limited or its licensors.

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer.
• Distribute.
• Reproduce.

Any part of the Services without prior written consent.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blonix shall not be liable for:

• Blockchain network disruptions.
• Regulatory actions affecting digital assets.

The total liability of Blonix shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the user to Blonix during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blonix Technologies Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Violation of applicable laws.
• Infringement of third-party rights.

17. Force Majeure

Blonix shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
